Designed to accentuate any outfit you decide to wear it with and statement in style but crafted to be lightweight and suitable for all day (or evening long!) wear. This stunning necklace is available in several chain lengths and will be delivered inside one of our precious gift boxes with a dash of ocean friendly biodegradable sparkles for the perfect finishing touch. Don’t forget we also have a gift tag service at the checkout which is complimentary, if you’re sending these to a friend. Handy hack- If you want to wear more than one necklace at once and layer all our stars and moons up, head to our ‘jewellery box essentials’ and add yourself a multi chain clasp to your basket so you can wear up to 3 chains at once without them getting tangled together!

We use various forms of packaging at House of Alyssa Smith which can differ for each item/collection we sell to suit the needs of the collection, license agreement and for safety during transit. The information below gives you a general idea of how your order will be packaged but please do contact our team if you need to and we will be happy to discuss anything from packaging to safety in transit with you.
Delivery
Please allow approximately 5 working days for dispatch to UK addresses unless stated otherwise on the product. For delivery outside the UK please allow longer for delivery or contact us for estimated delivery times as each country differs. Delivery can also be longer during busy times such as Christmas. It is possible to send some items via faster delivery methods for UK delivery such as same day or next day dispatch for an additional fee. Please do get in touch with team Alyssa for delivery options. For orders delivered outside the UK, the VAT has been removed from the price you pay to House of Alyssa but will be collected at customs instead.
Jewellery
Our beautiful jewellery will be delivered in our branded packaging which is either a box for most of our larger jewellery pieces or a pouch for most of our charms and small items. Ladies items will also come with a sprinkle of biodegradable confetti. Please let us know at the checkout if you would like the sparkles left out of your order. For small items such as individual chains and earring backs will have a small pouch envelope inside tissue paper to keep needless packaging and waste to a minimum. We never use excess packaging- just enough to keep your items safe and sound in transit.
Lifestyle and gifts
Sustainability is at the heart of our concerns with our gift items thoughtfully designed and packaged, using only the necessary packaging to avoid excess waste and needless recycling. If you receive white foamy peanuts inside your order, these are fully biodegradable and can be run under a tap to dissolve, or popped on the compost heap. We apologise but due to costly delivery charges some of our items are only available for delivery within the UK.
