COOL DOWN THIS SUMMER WITH OUR PINO COLADA!
This gorgeous little treat is wonderful for so many events! Whether you are having a small gathering, a big party or even a lazy garden day, pick up your comfort magazine, your sun cream and scroll through Alyssa’s diary whilst you’re enjoying these refreshing treats! Here at The House of Alyssa Smith, we absolutely love the type of drinks that take our minds to a nice relaxing holiday. As things have started to feel a little more normal lately, we thought it would be a good time to share a holiday recipe with you to enjoy at your homely place. Super easy to make, so let’s jump straight in!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup of coconut cream
- 2 cups of pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 4 cups ice
- Pineapple leaves or wedges for garnish, optional
- For adult version add white rum/Malibu
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender: Pour coconut cream, pineapple juice and chunks, your choice of alcohol (only if you want to- our personal choice here at Sparkle Towers would be white rum to change it from a piNOcolada to a pinocolada!) and ice in a blender. Process until totally blended.
- Pour: Pour into your favourite jazzy glasses
- Serve: Serve with pineapple leaves or slices as garnish if desired and a straw (a curly one if you have any!).
