LOYALTY SCHEME EXPLAINED
Did you know that here at Alyssa Smith Jewellery, we reward you every time you shop online with us!?
We introduced a special loyalty points scheme a few years ago, as our little way of thanking our returning customers for continuing to shop with us. Whether it’s little treats for yourself that you come to us for, or for when you are finding that special gift for someone else, we are so grateful that you continue to shop with us.
We all know that some popular coffee houses and larger retailers offer points and rewards schemes- and we thought- why can’t we, too!? It took a bit of time and effort to work out how to do this, but since 2016, we have been rewarding our returning customers with ‘loyalty points’, which you are able to spend on jewellery – in either part, or full payment towards new sparkles and treats!
We have even been known to wave our magic wands and drop bonus points into customers accounts from time to time – how lovely is that! In order to begin collecting points, you must first register an account with us (it’s free and easy) and then make sure you are logged in every time you make a purchase, to either accumulate or spend them.
We’ve created a step by step guide on how our wonderful loyalty points scheme works-
so pop the kettle on, or pour your favourite tipple, and come and have a little read-
you won’t want to miss out on collecting your points with us!
Here’s how it works
It’s easy peasy lemon squeezy to start collecting your points!
Step 1
Register an account with Alyssa Smith Jewellery – This is free and we don’t require any financial information from you – it only takes a moment too.
Step 2
Add something sparkly to your basket that you wish to buy – either for yourself or someone else.
STEP 3
Once you have finished shopping, head to the checkout to pay for your new jewellery!
Please note, you will need to log in when you make a purchase in order to collect OR redeem loyalty points.
STEP 4
Start collecting your loyalty points with your very first purchase on our website (yay!) You will receive 4 points for every £1.00 you spend with us. Keep collecting points with every purchase until you have accumulated enough points for either part OR full payment for the item(s) in your shopping basket.
You can save your points for something big, or redeem them as you go so you don’t have to pay full price for your purchases… the choice is yours!
STEP 5
Once it comes to redeeming (spending!) your points, 100 loyalty points are worth £1.00 at the checkout.
So 500 loyalty points will give you £5 off of your order at the checkout, and 1000 loyalty points will give you £10 off of your order!
Remember though – You must be logged in to your account to see your points balance, and you can then spend any loyalty points you have accumulated at the checkout. Choose to spend your points all at once, or spend just a few if you’d like to save some for a later date!
STEP 6
Once you have spent your loyalty points, you can sit back and eagerly await your new sparkles delivery, and carry on collecting more points with your next purchase at Alyssa Smith Jewellery!
