Stuck for what to get someone special for their Birthday, Christmas present or perhaps a little thank you token!? Do you love all of our ‘essential purchases’ but can’t decide what to get?! Why not treat someone special to one of our lovely E-Gift Vouchers instead, and then they can decide for themselves! This E-Gift Voucher can be sent directly to the recipient after purchase, or you can select a delivery date. Please note that if you select a specific delivery date instead of an instant delivery, the gift voucher will land in the recipients inbox at the same time you placed your order. For example , if you complete your order at 5pm, the voucher will be delivered to the recipient on the selected date at 5pm. If you would rather an instant delivery, then select today’s date instead.
Please note – Our E-Vouchers are valid for 6 months after purchase date and can be used on anything at House of Alyssa Smith, including our bespoke jewellery service.
We use various forms of packaging at House of Alyssa Smith which can differ for each item/collection we sell to suit the needs of the collection, license agreement and for safety during transit. The information below gives you a general idea of how your order will be packaged but please do contact our team if you need to and we will be happy to discuss anything from packaging to safety in transit with you.
Delivery
Please allow approximately 5 working days for dispatch to UK addresses unless stated otherwise on the product. For delivery outside the UK please allow longer for delivery or contact us for estimated delivery times as each country differs. Delivery can also be longer during busy times such as Christmas. It is possible to send some items via faster delivery methods for UK delivery such as same day or next day dispatch for an additional fee. Please do get in touch with team Alyssa for delivery options. For orders delivered outside the UK, the VAT has been removed from the price you pay to House of Alyssa but will be collected at customs instead.
Jewellery
Our beautiful jewellery will be delivered in our branded packaging which is either a box for most of our larger jewellery pieces or a pouch for most of our charms and small items. Ladies items will also come with a sprinkle of biodegradable confetti. Please let us know at the checkout if you would like the sparkles left out of your order. For small items such as individual chains and earring backs will have a small pouch envelope inside tissue paper to keep needless packaging and waste to a minimum. We never use excess packaging- just enough to keep your items safe and sound in transit.
Lifestyle and gifts
Sustainability is at the heart of our concerns with our gift items thoughtfully designed and packaged, using only the necessary packaging to avoid excess waste and needless recycling. If you receive white foamy peanuts inside your order, these are fully biodegradable and can be run under a tap to dissolve, or popped on the compost heap. We apologise but due to costly delivery charges some of our items are only available for delivery within the UK.
