Once you’ve placed your order, please either reply directly to the confirmation email that will arrive in your inbox following payment, or send an email to alyssa@alyssasmith.co.uk with your image attached along with your name or order number. Please ensure the baby scan image you supply us with is a good quality photograph or scan because if it is poor quality, it will not engrave well. We accept JPEG/JPG, PNG and PDF file types and you can upload it to us directly from your phone if needed. Once your order is confirmed, please allow approximately 3 weeks for this to be made for you.
