Once you’ve placed your order, please either reply directly to the confirmation email that will arrive in your inbox following payment, or send an email to alyssa@alyssasmith.co.uk with your image and desired text for the back of the pendant with your image attached. Please ensure the GPS route map image you supply us with is good quality because if it is poor quality, it will not engrave well. We accept JPEG/JPG, PNG and PDF file types and you can upload it to us directly from your phone if needed. Once your order is confirmed, please allow approximately 2 weeks for this to be made for you.
