We know just how meaningful handprints are for so many reasons, so we’ve created a gorgeous way to help you immortalise this beautiful moment in sterling silver. Your very special treasured handprint image will be engraved on to a 1.5cm round sterling silver disc, which will be perfectly polished before making its way to you to pop onto your favourite bracelet or chain. You can even choose to have text engraved onto the back, such as your loved one’s name, a date or a precious message – the choices are endless! If you would like to add text to your piece, please type your chosen text (maximum 45 characters) into the box below. A gorgeous, personal new addition to your jewellery collection to help you treasure your precious moments! Your stunning new piece will suspend from our sterling silver trigger clasp as standard, or you can pick from a round 6mm ring so you can thread it onto your own necklace chain or have your charm on an ASJ branded pandora style slider to clip onto a pandora-style bracelet. If you would like, you can also add a coloured birthstone for an extra touch of personalisation – how about a birth month?! These stunning charms make a perfect piece for keeping your precious memories by your side wherever you go.

Once you’ve placed your order, please either reply directly to the confirmation email that will arrive in your inbox following payment, or send an email to alyssa@alyssasmith.co.uk with your image attached along with your name or order number. Please ensure the handprint image you supply us with is a good quality photograph because if it is poor quality, it will not engrave well. We accept JPEG/JPG, PNG and PDF file types and you can upload it to us directly from your phone if needed. Once your order is confirmed, please allow approximately 3 weeks for this to be made for you.

I accept that, once sent, this image cannot be changed. This item is a bespoke product and is non returnable and non refundable, once the order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Your precious masterpiece will be packaged and sent to you approximately 3 weeks after we receive your image.

We use various forms of packaging at House of Alyssa Smith which can differ for each item/collection we sell to suit the needs of the collection, license agreement and for safety during transit. The information below gives you a general idea of how your order will be packaged but please do contact our team if you need to and we will be happy to discuss anything from packaging to safety in transit with you.

Delivery

Please allow approximately 5 working days for dispatch to UK addresses unless stated otherwise on the product. For delivery outside the UK please allow longer for delivery or contact us for estimated delivery times as each country differs. Delivery can also be longer during busy times such as Christmas. It is possible to send some items via faster delivery methods for UK delivery such as same day or next day dispatch for an additional fee. Please do get in touch with team Alyssa for delivery options. For orders delivered outside the UK, the VAT has been removed from the price you pay to House of Alyssa but will be collected at customs instead.

Jewellery

Our beautiful jewellery will be delivered in our branded packaging which is either a box for most of our larger jewellery pieces or a pouch for most of our charms and small items. Ladies items will also come with a sprinkle of biodegradable confetti. Please let us know at the checkout if you would like the sparkles left out of your order. For small items such as individual chains and earring backs will have a small pouch envelope inside tissue paper to keep needless packaging and waste to a minimum. We never use excess packaging- just enough to keep your items safe and sound in transit.

Lifestyle and gifts

Sustainability is at the heart of our concerns with our gift items thoughtfully designed and packaged, using only the necessary packaging to avoid excess waste and needless recycling. If you receive white foamy peanuts inside your order, these are fully biodegradable and can be run under a tap to dissolve, or popped on the compost heap. We apologise but due to costly delivery charges some of our items are only available for delivery within the UK.
