Did you just love your most recent purchases from Alyssa? Do you fancy helping to tell other people about your (hopefully!) lovely experience with our little brand so that they can make educated buying decisions for their own essential purchases with us?
We would just love to hear how happy you are with your latest purchase from us, and as a little thank you for taking the time to leave a little review to help future shoppers, we will not only reward you with 25p from every review you leave, but you will also be entered into a monthly draw to win a £25 gift voucher to spend with us- how lovely!
To leave reviews or to collect and redeem loyalty points with us, you will first need to make sure you have an account with us and that you are logged in when making your purchases or leaving your reviews. This is very important because only those who have logged into their accounts can have loyalty points magically popped into their accounts after a purchase has been made or a review has been left. If you check out as a guest and don’t log into your account, you won’t be able to collect any loyalty points to spend on future purchases. But this also means you will not be able to leave a product review either- so logging in every time you make a purchase is important if you want to start collecting (or spending!) those magical loyalty points!
This is actually a safety feature to stop those who have not purchased pieces from us from being able to leave rogue reviews or spam our precious little website, so every review we receive is a genuine review from a genuine customer.
For every piece you purchase from us (excluding gift vouchers and bespoke jewellery), you can leave a product review for us and earn yourself 25p in loyalty points for each item you have purchased. It doesn’t sound like all that much but it really does add up! You will then have the choice to spend your points in bits and bobs or save them up for a jolly good spend up when you have saved lots! Points are valid for a period of 2 years.
Here’s how it works!
If you leave us a review (or several) in March, you will be entered into our March prize draw which will be drawn at the beginning of April. Our monthly winner will be chosen at random and emailed to let them know they won- so be sure to keep your email details up to date with us!
If you leave a review for a previous month and have already been entered into a prize draw for that review, your review will not be entered into the new month’s prize draw again. Only new reviews for that calendar month will be counted.
You can’t leave a review for a product which you purchased if you were not logged into your account because our website needs to identify the item you are trying to review and link it to your account and name to ensure it is genuine.
1 review = 1 entry that month to our £25 voucher draw!
Monthly winners will be picked at random and notified via email. Winning vouchers will be valid to spend for 6 months after the date of issue and cannot be redeemed on bespoke jewellery.
