Making a limited return, our incredible Tweetie necklace – made to order, to celebrate 15 years of ASJ. This stunning ‘Tweetie Bird’ necklace was first designed and sold back in 2010, and is one of Alyssa’s best sellers of all time. Loved by women and celebrities all over the world including – Dawn Porter, Suzi Perry, Sheridan Smith, Carol Vorderman, Theo Paphitis, Holly Branson, Caroline Flack, singer Beverley Knight, Hollyoaks star Holly Jay Bowes and ITV weather girl Sian Lloyd to name a few! Please allow approximately 4 weeks for dispatch as this is a made-to-order item
We use various forms of packaging at House of Alyssa Smith which can differ for each item/collection we sell to suit the needs of the collection, license agreement and for safety during transit. The information below gives you a general idea of how your order will be packaged but please do contact our team if you need to and we will be happy to discuss anything from packaging to safety in transit with you.
Delivery
Please allow approximately 5 working days for dispatch to UK addresses unless stated otherwise on the product. For delivery outside the UK please allow longer for delivery or contact us for estimated delivery times as each country differs. Delivery can also be longer during busy times such as Christmas. It is possible to send some items via faster delivery methods for UK delivery such as same day or next day dispatch for an additional fee. Please do get in touch with team Alyssa for delivery options. For orders delivered outside the UK, the VAT has been removed from the price you pay to House of Alyssa but will be collected at customs instead.
Jewellery
Our beautiful jewellery will be delivered in our branded packaging which is either a box for most of our larger jewellery pieces or a pouch for most of our charms and small items. Ladies items will also come with a sprinkle of biodegradable confetti. Please let us know at the checkout if you would like the sparkles left out of your order. For small items such as individual chains and earring backs will have a small pouch envelope inside tissue paper to keep needless packaging and waste to a minimum. We never use excess packaging- just enough to keep your items safe and sound in transit.
Lifestyle and gifts
Sustainability is at the heart of our concerns with our gift items thoughtfully designed and packaged, using only the necessary packaging to avoid excess waste and needless recycling. If you receive white foamy peanuts inside your order, these are fully biodegradable and can be run under a tap to dissolve, or popped on the compost heap. We apologise but due to costly delivery charges some of our items are only available for delivery within the UK.
