We use various forms of packaging here at House of Alyssa Smith, and this can differ slightly for each item or collection. This is to ensure the packaging suits the needs of the collection, any licence agreements we work under, and most importantly, keeps your jewellery safe during its journey to you. The information below gives you a general idea of how your order will arrive, but if you have any questions at all, please do contact our friendly team and we’ll be more than happy to chat about packaging or safety during transit.

Delivery

Please allow approximately 10 working days for dispatch to UK addresses unless stated otherwise on the product. For delivery outside the UK please allow longer for delivery or contact us for estimated delivery times as each country differs. Delivery can also be longer during busy times such as Christmas. It is possible to send some items via faster delivery methods for UK delivery such as same day or next day dispatch for an additional fee. Please do get in touch with team Alyssa for delivery options. For orders delivered outside the UK, the VAT has been removed from the price you pay to House of Alyssa but will be collected at customs instead. USA CUSTOMERS: Please check our Terms & Conditions regarding USA tariffs, as some items incur additional tariff charges which must be paid before your order can be dispatched. We will email you details of any tariffs after you place your order.

Jewellery

Our beautiful jewellery will be delivered in our branded packaging which is either a box for most of our larger jewellery pieces or a pouch for most of our charms and small items. Ladies items will also come with a sprinkle of biodegradable confetti. Please let us know at the checkout if you would like the sparkles left out of your order. For small items such as individual chains and earring backs will have a small pouch envelope inside tissue paper to keep needless packaging and waste to a minimum. We never use excess packaging- just enough to keep your items safe and sound in transit. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any pierced jewellery, including (but not limited to): stud earrings, hoop earrings, drop earrings, ear cuffs, nose studs. Lifestyle and gifts

Sustainability is at the heart of our concerns with our gift items thoughtfully designed and packaged, using only the necessary packaging to avoid excess waste and needless recycling. If you receive white foamy peanuts inside your order, these are fully biodegradable and can be run under a tap to dissolve, or popped on the compost heap. We apologise but due to costly delivery charges some of our items are only available for delivery within the UK.
