Once you’ve chosen the studs (or drop earrings!) you want to take on holibobs with you, you will need 1 or 2 large buttons… Yes, buttons! These little (large) buttons will become your magical holiday best friend! Ideally your buttons will have 4 holes in the centre but if you can’t find one’s with 4 holes then 2 holes will be fine- you’ll just perhaps need a to pack a few more buttons!

Simply remove the backs from your studs, pop the stud earring through the holes in the buttons, turn the button round and fasten the backs on like usual! You have right here an INSTANT way to take your studs on holiday with you and keep them safe (and paired up!) on your travels! So if you don’t have room for a jewellery box or you are worried your earrings will get squished in a travel pouch, the button trick works every time!
